About the role

Remote role in the US leading AI-enabled product initiatives at Samsara, focusing on hardware-software-AI integration for physical operations and driving customer impact and revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Spend time in the field with customers, find the problems that matter most, and rally the troops with a strong perspective on what to build next.
  • Build with AI every day: prototype, test, ship fast, and keep pushing what the newest models can do.
  • Work across hardware, software, and AI teams to ship products customers pay for.
  • Own outcomes end to end, measured in customer impact and revenue.

Qualifications

  • Shipped products customers pay for and can show with numbers the impact you personally drove.
  • Experience using AI tools daily and excitement about new models.
  • Ability to identify problems and take full ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong commercial instincts and understanding of how the product gets sold.
  • Conviction with low ego and openness to changing your mind when better ideas emerge.
