About the role

Executive Assistant to 3 Area Vice Presidents in the Sales organization, focusing on complex calendaring, travel logistics, expense management, and high-profile events in a remote, Canada-based role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an Executive Ambassador: Represent 3 Area VPs with polish across external partners, high-profile clients, and internal stakeholders
  • Drive Calendar Strategy: Optimize and defend complex schedules across multiple Sales leaders
  • Master Logistics & Travel: Design and book multi-leg travel itineraries with contingency planning
  • Manage Business Expenses: Oversee, track, and reconcile expense reporting with high accuracy
  • Orchestrate Staff Meetings: Curate agendas, prepare materials, track deliverables for departmental meetings
  • Lead Event Planning: Plan and execute team offsites, strategy summits, and team-building events
  • Anticipate & Resolve: Proactively anticipate executive needs and shifting priorities
  • Execute Strategic Projects: Own ad-hoc administrative initiatives to increase leadership efficiency
  • Champion Culture: Embed Samsara’s cultural principles across the organization

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of executive administrative experience supporting executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-executive calendars, travel logistics, and shifting priorities with accuracy
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills with high emotional intelligence and executive presence
  • Discretion and sound judgment handling highly sensitive information
