Responsibilities

  • Identify and Engage Prospective Clients: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, research potential clients, conduct discovery calls, generate interest, and create opportunities.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Ownership from initial contact to close, understand customer needs, demonstrate products, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Build Relationships with Clients: Develop and maintain strong connections with stakeholders, act as trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with marketing, product, and customer success teams for customer needs and feedback.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly goals, proactively seek revenue opportunities.
  • Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep updated on AI and home service industry trends to differentiate solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, preferably in SaaS or tech solutions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-focused with ability to empathize and understand client needs.
  • Self-starter capable of managing own pipeline independently.
  • Team player with ability to work collaboratively.
