Founding ML Engineer at Weave (YC W25) building ML systems to understand and improve software engineering work. Join a small, intensely collaborative team at the ground floor to shape how millions of engineers and leaders understand engineering work.
Responsibilities
- Build ML systems to understand and improve how software engineers work
- Develop processes and standards to enable rapid feature/model delivery
- Delight customers with intelligent tooling that makes engineering work easier
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience
- Experience shipping ML systems to production end-to-end (data selection, feature engineering, model design, deployment, iteration)
- Strong engineering capability across multiple domains; ability to own projects from concept to production
- Excellent communication and empathy for users, especially software engineering teams
- Grit and dedication to solving hard problems in a startup environment
