About the role
Weave is building a platform to understand and improve how engineering teams work. The Founding Design Engineer will own the intersection of design and engineering, building design systems and frontend standards to make complex engineering data simple, beautiful, and actionable for leaders and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own the intersection of design and engineering, turning insights about how software teams work into interfaces that leaders and engineers love using.
- Build and maintain design systems and frontend standards to make incremental features easier to build and more delightful to use.
- Delight customers with experiences that make their job 10x easier.
- Communicate complex data to millions of engineers and leaders with clarity and intuition.
