About the role

Strategist for Basis's Deployed Intelligence team, serving as the face of Basis for assigned accounts, owning post-sale success from kickoff to adoption to expansion, leading engagements, workshops, and training, and translating business goals into intelligent agent workflows for accounting. Provides feedback to Engineering on product improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Own post-sale success from kickoff to adoption to expansion for assigned accounts
  • Lead engagements, run workshops and training
  • Translate business goals into intelligent agent workflows for accounting tasks
  • Serve as primary interface with customers and escalate feedback to Engineering for product improvements
  • Collaborate with senior and junior stakeholders and manage customer onboarding and training in enterprise SaaS/fintech contexts

Qualifications

  • 4+ years at a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS or fintech startup or company deploying complex SaaS solutions
  • Experience managing enterprise relations, ideally with large accounting firms
  • Accounting experience and/or CPA preferred but not required
