About the role

Design and deliver production-grade AI agents and own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) in production environments, partnering with enterprises and startups to evolve Sierra's platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration
  • Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and implement AI agents at scale
  • Build the future of Sierra's platform by shaping customer-driven evolution of the AI agent development ecosystem and related tooling

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Builder mindset with high agency and ability to ship
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills with professional fluency in German and English
