Software Engineer Intern, Agent working on production AI agents for Sierra's customers, contributing to design and development of AI agents, shipping features, and learning from real-world use cases at scale.

Responsibilities

  • You'll work directly on production AI agents for Sierra's customers.
  • You'll gain hands-on experience contributing to the design and development of AI agents, shipping features, and learning from real-world use cases at scale.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, especially in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • A builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency - you find creative ways to overcome obstacles and ship
  • Excellent communication skills - clear, direct, and persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences
