About the role

Strategist responsible for end-to-end agent development and enterprise AI strategy, from initial scope and design to production deployment and ongoing optimization, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production.
  • Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, understanding success metrics and shaping AI strategy accordingly.
  • Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day, run working sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep builds on track for launch.
  • Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs from customer work and feeding them back to research and platform.
  • Surface unmet needs from customer work, and feed them back to research and platform to shape future Sierra developments.

Qualifications

  • Customer obsession and ability to build trusted relationships with customers
  • Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
  • Technical aptitude to engage with API documentation, data models, and system architecture
  • Ownership and delivery mindset with a track record of delivering multiple high-visibility projects
