Design and deliver production-grade AI agents, owning the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration, partnering with enterprises and startups, and shaping Sierra's AI agent platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
  • Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to deploy AI agents at scale
  • Build the future of the Sierra platform by surfacing needs, prototyping tools and features, and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Builder and tinkerer mindset with high agency
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
