About the role

Design and deliver production-grade AI agents and own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) in production environments, partnering with large enterprises and startups to build scalable AI agent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
  • Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents across their stacks
  • Build the future of Sierra's platform by iterating based on customer feedback and collaborating with research, product, and platform teams

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Builder and tinkerer’s mindset with high agency and a track record of shipping
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
