About the role

Design and deliver production-grade AI agents, own the Agent Development Life Cycle in production, partner with enterprises and startups, and help build the future of Sierra's AI agent platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents: build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents that drive revenue and operate in production across industries.
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): ownership from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, defining best practices for ADLC.
  • Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: understand business challenges and implement AI agents at scale; collaborate with London’s startups to embed agents across business stacks.
  • Build the future of the platform: surface unmet needs, prototype tools/features, collaborate with research, product, and platform teams to evolve Sierra’s AI agent development.

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Builder mindset with high agency and ability to ship
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, direct, persuasive across technical and non-technical audiences. Professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
