About the role
Strategist responsible for end-to-end Agent Development, partnering with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimize AI agents from pilot to production, and influence product direction through customer insights.
Responsibilities
- Own the Agent Development Life Cycle: take agents from initial scope through conversation design, tooling, evaluation, to launch and continuous iteration in production; autonomous ownership over outcomes.
- Be the trusted strategic advisor to enterprise leaders; understand success metrics and shape AI strategy accordingly.
- Partner with the customer’s working teams day to day; run working sessions, troubleshoot issues, and keep builds on track for launch.
- Directly impact product by surfacing unmet needs from customer work and feeding back to research and platform.
Qualifications
- Customer obsession with understanding business needs and building trusted relationships
- Clear, direct, and persuasive communication across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strategic problem-solving in ambiguity; strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
- Technical aptitude; comfortable engaging with API docs, data models, and system architecture discussions
- Ownership and delivery mindset; experience running multiple complex, high-visibility projects
