About the role

Product Designer at Sierra focusing on end-to-end design for AI agent platform, collaborating across engineering, product, and leadership to build scalable design systems and deliver user-centric experiences for customers, CX managers, and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Solve for the customer: design for stakeholders including users seeking help from Agents, CX managers, and Developers.
  • Innovate: explore tools and processes for building AI Agents.
  • End-to-End Ownership: drive design from concept to execution and iteration in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: work with engineering, product, leadership to create cohesive experiences.
  • Gather Feedback: conduct usability testing and incorporate customer feedback.
  • Build Design Systems: develop and maintain scalable design systems across products and platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: extensive UI/UX design experience with leadership of design projects from ideation to launch.
  • Curiosity: passion for understanding user needs and solving problems from first principles.
  • Full-Stack Design: able to design visuals end-to-end from product direction to interactions and pixel-level polish.
  • Great Collaboration: strong ability to work with product, engineering, and leadership.
  • Excellent Communication: strong verbal and written communication to articulate problems and design decisions.
  • Research Skills: experience with customer feedback, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
  • Technical Proficiency: fluent in Figma; comfortable adopting AI tools and rapid prototyping.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: thrives in fast-paced startup environments.
