About the role

Software Engineer role focused on designing and delivering production-grade AI agents, with ownership across the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) and collaboration with enterprises and startups to scale Sierra’s AI agent platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration
  • Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand challenges and deploy AI agents at scale
  • Build the future of Sierra's platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools and features

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments
  • A builder mindset with high agency and hands-on shipping
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
