About the role

Deel is hiring a Treasury Manager to oversee global cash management, banking relationships, and financial operations, supporting the company's international expansion and financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring the global cash position and the local entities bank accounts on a daily basis, ensuring liquidity
  • Initiating cash management and funding transactions within the different banking platforms and systems
  • Investigating complex payment problems, and working with support to resolve them quickly
  • Reviewing bank account opening documents, structures, agreements, and fees in new markets to support global expansion
  • Serving as the main point of contact with financial institutions, maintaining updated KYC and Due Diligence
  • Preparing reports, documenting transactions, and updating records within systems and databases
  • Assisting in cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange, and investment activities

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years experience working in treasury at a multinational bank or FinTech
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred)
  • Experience in money transferring entities
  • Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
