About the role

The Alan Insurance Graduate Program is a rotational program at the core of Alan Insurance, offering exposure to multiple streams (enterprise/public sector, insurance product, analytics & repricing, reinsurance & risk) with a focus on health and prévoyance insurance across geographies. Participants receive onboarding, cross-functional missions, coaching, and opportunities to develop technical, business, entrepreneurial, and product skills within a fast-paced, AI-forward environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support multiple missions within the Insurance team across streams (enterprise/public sector, product, analytics/repricing, reinsurance & risk) as part of the graduate program
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Marketing, Strategy and Finance teams to implement pricing, product lifecycle, and renewal initiatives
  • Contribute to building metrics, tools, and dynamic models to monitor portfolio performance and forecast margin
  • Engage in governance and regulatory processes with supervisors (ACPR) and reinsurance activities
  • Leverage AI and technology to scale tooling and processes across the Insurance business
  • Receive personalized coaching and growth support throughout the program

Qualifications

  • First experience in actuarial/insurance, finance, strategy, data, quantitative or product topics
  • Scientific background (statistics, engineering, actuarial science)
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Comfortable with SQL or willing to learn
  • Analytical and structured with fact-based decision-making
