About the role

Ops & Product Builder role focused on launching and scaling health services in Belgium, integrating prevention, care, and insurance. 0-to-1 role with founder-like autonomy within a €800M+ ARR company.

Responsibilities

  • Launch Mo in Belgium: bring AI medical assistant to Belgium in French and Dutch with Belgian doctors shaping its answers.
  • Advanced prevention for everyone: generalise advanced blood tests paired with AI health plans into a service accessible to every member, building networks of clinical labs, pharmacies and care providers behind Alan Precision.
  • Prevention programmes for unmet health needs: identify gaps in care (weight loss, sleep, women’s health, etc.) and convert them into programmes with health professionals and product teams.
  • A health partner for every workplace: reinvent occupational health and Health At Work; design the model and lead from idea to launch.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in operations, product or entrepreneurship, ideally including launching new services
  • Fluent in English and French or Dutch (both is a strong plus)
  • High level of structure and strong analytical skills (including SQL fluency for data analysis)
  • Experience taking a product or service from zero to scale and owning high-ambiguity, high-impact initiatives
  • Ability to set clear vision and roadmaps, lead product reviews and drive make-or-buy decisions
  • Experience building and running key partnerships autonomously (providers, pharmacies, labs, health-tech)
  • Strong on AI and automation
  • Strong mentoring capability
  • Knowledge of or willingness to learn how Belgian healthcare works (mutualities, practitioners, reimbursement, regulation)
