About the role

Lead, grow, and empower a team of product managers building for Everlaw’s AI-powered litigation platform, focusing on Platform Administration and Corporate Entry to enable large organizations to adopt and scale Everlaw securely.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Strategy, Vision & Execution: define and own a multi-year strategy and roadmap aligned with company priorities and customer needs.
  • Build a First-Class AI Product Experience: guide PMs to ensure AI feature set remains best in class in the evolving legal AI space; analyze market, competition, and user behavior to inform prioritization.
  • Develop Product Talent: lead and elevate a team of 3–6 product managers; provide feedback, mentorship, and growth plans.
  • Elevate Product Craft: model disciplined use of AI across the product lifecycle and establish norms for AI-generated outputs.
  • Scale and Drive Team Accountability: grow the team, hire intentionally, set expectations, and connect work to the company vision.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Excellence: partner with design and GTM teams to ensure great UX and effective narratives for customers.
  • Model People Leadership: act as a senior PM stakeholder in leadership forums and executive reviews; foster cross-functional collaboration and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of product management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience managing teams of product managers
  • Proven track record of defining product strategy and linking it to measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience shipping products at scale in enterprise/B2B SaaS, data-heavy, or regulated domains
  • Experience building or managing ML or LLM-powered products with value-driven AI
  • Excellent people and project management skills; process-driven with ability to communicate complex concepts
  • Strategic leader with deep obsession for product craft and detail
  • Authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship)
