About the role

Role owning revenue and ARRR models to power Everlaw’s top-line forecasting, partnering across FP&A, GTM, Accounting, and Enterprise Technology. Hybrid in Oakland, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Build, refine, and automate Everlaw’s revenue and ARRR forecasting models to improve accuracy, scalability, and recurring reporting workflows.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting on ARRR, expansions, renewals, churn, customer cohorts, and key revenue metrics.
  • Analyze actual financial results against forecasts and plans, investigating material variances to their root causes and explaining key drivers to leadership.
  • Partner with Accounting, RevOps, and Enterprise Technology to reconcile revenue data, validate inputs, and strengthen underlying data structures and controls.
  • Support annual budgeting, quarterly rolling forecasts, and executive and Board reporting with well-documented assumptions and timely financial materials.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or financial analysis, ideally supporting revenue planning or recurring-revenue metrics in a SaaS environment.
  • You bring advanced financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with a focus on building transparent, automated, and easy-to-maintain models.
  • You are an analytical problem solver who can navigate complex customer and contract data, investigate data issues, and reconcile disparate data sources.
  • You communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to both finance and non-finance business partners.
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments, managing multiple priorities and recurring deadlines with incomplete or evolving information.
  • You are authorized to work in the United States. Everlaw is not sponsoring U.S. employment visas for this role.
