About the role

GTM & G&A Recruiter responsible for full-cycle recruiting across GTM and G&A functions, partnering with leadership to refine processes, build scalable systems, and elevate candidate experience in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles, from sourcing through closing.
  • Partner with hiring teams to deeply understand role requirements and build effective hiring strategies.
  • Source creatively; engage top talent using traditional tools and outbound tactics.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate and scale recruiting workflows, from candidate research to communication.
  • Deliver a world-class candidate experience with timely communication.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Talent to optimize recruiting processes and scalable employer branding.
  • Anticipate hiring needs, build pipelines, and map talent networks in advance.
  • Track recruiting metrics and use data to guide sourcing strategies and improve performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience recruiting across technical (engineering/product) and business (GTM/G&A) functions.
  • Strong sourcing chops, with proven ability to engage passive candidates.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with flawless tactical execution.
  • Comfort juggling multiple searches and priorities simultaneously.
  • Curiosity and comfort adopting new AI tools and technology to supercharge recruiting.
  • Collaborative, people-first approach with urgency and ownership.
  • Scrappy, resourceful, and excited to build in a zero-to-one environment.
