About the role

Metaview is an AI company focused on recruiting. We build AI agents that help world-class companies hire with speed and precision. The role centers on sourcing, assessing, and closing top GTM talent in SF and the East Coast, shaping recruiting infrastructure, and partnering with executives to build a high-impact hiring machine.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Siadhal (Co-founder/CEO) and GTM leadership to define who we need, when, and why. Then go get them.
  • Proactively, relentlessly source, engage, screen, and close the best GTM talent in SF and on the East Coast.
  • Refine our recruiting infrastructure and keep making it sharper. Build a hiring machine that combines systematic rigor with human judgment to 10x capacity.
  • Develop and maintain genuine expertise in SF and East Coast GTM talent; understand where the best operators are and what it takes to land them.
  • Keep leadership honest. Surface recruiting pipeline realities and translate them into clear, data-driven decisions, tradeoffs and next steps.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth B2B
  • Skilled assessor capable of selling and rigorously interrogating in one conversation
  • Passion for building a network in SF and East Coast with genuine relationships
  • AI-native mindset with ability to use AI to move faster and hire better
  • Track record of partnering with executives and GTM leaders to scope, refine, and close top-tier talent
  • Hunter mentality suited to SF GTM market
