About the role

Internship for a CEO Founder Associate to support the CEO and senior leaders on top business priorities, with exposure to strategic projects across multiple domains. Six-month internship starting July 2027 (gap year or end-of-study), hybrid in Paris, France, open to non-MBA candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Support the CEO and Senior Alaners on top business priorities
  • Work on diverse strategic projects across multiple facets of the business
  • Grow exponentially with guidance from senior Alaners
  • Support high value tasks and initiatives (strategy, product, growth, corporate & governance, branding & communications, talent)
  • Coordinate and contribute to various projects and internal processes

Qualifications

  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Business sense and product sense
  • Execution and collaboration skills
  • Versatility and ability to jump between topics
  • Strong organization, time management and autonomy
  • Effective communication and ability to inspire action
  • Growth mindset and receptiveness to feedback
  • Technical aptitude or interest in data analysis/product tools (a plus)
  • Diverse educational backgrounds welcomed (business, engineering, data science, etc.)
