About the role

Deel is a payroll and HR platform supporting global teams in 150+ countries. The role involves building and managing partnerships to drive growth and client referrals, collaborating across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying organizations for partnerships and building relationships.
  • Closing, managing, and enabling partners to refer clients successfully.
  • Nurturing partnerships throughout their lifecycle.
  • Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing).
  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth.
  • Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales-focused partnerships role.
  • Strong understanding of the partnership landscape - technology, professional services, and venture capital.
  • Excellent written communication skills for email campaigns and partner engagement.
  • Experience with AI tools for communications, content creation, market research, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to anticipate market shifts and identify partnership opportunities.
  • Active relationship builder, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written German.
