About the role

Software Engineer focused on designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI agents and guiding the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) in collaboration with enterprise customers and startups.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and iteration
  • Partner with large enterprises and startups to deploy AI agents at scale
  • Build the future of Sierra's platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools and features

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing environments
  • Builder mindset with high agency and ability to ship
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
