About the role

Software Engineer focused on designing and delivering production-grade AI agents, owning the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to production, and partnering with enterprises and startups to drive scalable AI agent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents: build and ship highly performant, reliable, and intuitive AI agents in production across industries.
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC): ownership from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration, defining ADLC best practices.
  • Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups: understand business challenges and embed AI agents at scale.
  • Build the future of the platform: surface unmet needs, prototype tools/features, and collaborate across teams to shape product and research directions.

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Builder mindset with high agency and ability to ship
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
