About the role

Design, develop, and operate production-grade AI agents integrated into Sierra's platform; own the end-to-end Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment and iteration; collaborate with enterprises and startups to scale AI agent solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents that are reliable, scalable, and revenue-driving.
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration; establish ADLC best practices.
  • Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups to understand business challenges and build AI agents at scale.
  • Build the future of Sierra's platform by surfacing unmet needs, prototyping tools/features, and collaborating across research, product, and platform teams.

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Builder mindset with high agency and a track record of shipping
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
