About the role

Lead strategic growth and operational maturity of supply chain, logistics, and fulfillment at Yubico's Stockholm headquarters, focusing on designing and implementing operational frameworks, quality programs, automation, and cybersecurity protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with global business objectives.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment as the primary company leader in Stockholm.
  • Oversee end-to-end regional fulfillment lifecycle, managing relationships with 3PL partners and internal distribution centers.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a large, diverse organization, establishing KPIs, SLAs, and accountability structures.
  • Champion key supply chain projects to expand local operations and support global initiatives.
  • Architect and lead an Operational Excellence program utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Implement a comprehensive quality program based on ISO 9001, including risk assessment, audits, and built-in quality initiatives.
  • Drive transition from manual to automated, standardized workflows scalable globally.
  • Support and implement supply chain automation, including WMS, ERP integrations, and robotics.
  • Partner with cybersecurity teams to embed security best practices into supply chain operations.

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations.
  • At least 5+ years in a senior leadership (Director level) managing large or remote teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
  • Master’s degree or MBA highly preferred.
  • Experience working with quality management systems, ISO 9001 or similar.
  • Proven track record managing global logistics networks, import/export compliance, and multi-region 3PL governance.
  • Proficiency with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
  • Functional knowledge of supply chain security standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
