About the role

The Care Ops role supports the Care Community globally by providing tools, processes, and data to deliver on the roadmap and strategic plan. The team ensures operational excellence and efficiency to scale care operations while maintaining user experience. The role combines performance analytics, planning/forecasting, and tooling/AI to drive scalable, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve dashboards and reports that help teams understand what's happening and why; explain them.
  • Conduct deep dives into operational performance and deliver concrete recommendations.
  • Define and maintain key metrics across countries; ensure data reliability.
  • Collaborate with Data team and Care Crew Leads to turn data into decisions.
  • Help build and improve staffing models and determine how many people are needed, when, and where; assess impact of automation.
  • Simplify planning tools and processes; work with external partners on capacity planning and delivery tracking.
  • Build and improve operational tools using AI and no-code solutions (Dust, Claude, automation platforms); build AI-powered tools.
  • Identify processes that don’t scale and propose solutions; collaborate with Product and Engineering to push efficiency into the roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in operations, analytics, consulting, or similar role—ideally in a tech or startup environment.
  • Organized and structured mindset.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Clear communication in English and French (written and verbal).
  • Comfort with data, spreadsheets, and ideally SQL; ability to build models, not just read dashboards.
  • Performance mindset; desire to understand why a metric moves and push for action.
  • Curiosity about AI and tooling; willingness to learn and experiment.
  • Hands-on attitude to fix issues and not wait for others.
