About the role

The Global Corporate Services Specialist will support and manage Deel's global corporate governance and compliance functions, ensuring proper entity structure, maintenance, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Deel’s products, services, policies and best practices; provide feedback on product enhancements, service delivery, and policy changes.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to meet clients’ needs and business objectives, ensuring best-in-class service.
  • Collaborate with Global Corporate Services to ensure adherence to compliance standards and policies.
  • Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations relevant to client operations; provide training and knowledge sharing within Deel.
  • Support the Global Corp team in researching and understanding global compliance requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to support compliance efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency within the Global Corp department.
  • Collaborate with external counsel and service providers.
  • Assist in preparing reports and summaries for stakeholders.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including sales, support, business development, regulatory, IT, and finance.
  • Help define and drive strategic and operational initiatives with on-time and on-budget results.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in corporate governance, entity management, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tax, Finance, Legal Studies, or related field.
  • Proficient in Jira, Salesforce, Looker, and other relevant tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google equivalents.
