About the role

Deel is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships in the GCC region, focusing on building relationships, launching co-marketing initiatives, and driving channel referral growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying organizations for partnerships and building relationships with them.
  • Closing, managing, and enabling partners to refer clients to Deel successfully.
  • Nurturing partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle.
  • Ideating, launching, and optimizing co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing).
  • Partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth.
  • Building and maintaining the partnerships P&L.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial, channel or indirect sales focussed partnerships role.
  • Native Arabic speaker, based out of the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of the partnership landscape - technology, professional services and venture - and well-connected within the GCC.
  • Effective written communication skills, able to create engaging email campaigns.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for communication, research, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to anticipate market shifts and identify opportunities.
  • Active relationship builder capable of collaborating across teams.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong research skills.
