About the role

Own the go-to-market strategy for Deel IT platform segment, influencing product direction, defining messaging, enabling sales and customer teams, and driving product adoption and expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the long-term product marketing strategy for Deel IT, aligning product, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Translate product strategy into a GTM roadmap with strong sequencing and ownership.
  • Own the end-to-end narrative for Deel IT, including positioning and messaging.
  • Lead GTM strategy and execution for launches, iterations, and expansions.
  • Equip Sales and Customer Success teams with enablement tools and messaging.
  • Drive adoption and expansion through targeted programs and lifecycle campaigns.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with Demand Gen and use data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing within SaaS.
  • Proven experience owning end-to-end GTM, including launches and enablement.
  • Strong partnership experience with Product teams for roadmap influence.
  • Ability to translate complex products into compelling stories.
  • Data-driven mindset with metrics and qualitative feedback experience.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, remote environments.
