About the role

Fullstack engineer focused on building global, configurable modules to support multi-country healthcare product across France, Belgium, Spain and Canada. Part of the Global Architecture team, delivering cross-cutting data transformations, removing blockers for product teams, and enabling worldwide feature deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Design Cross-Cutting Modules: transform country-specific implementations into global components.
  • Remove Technical Blockers for Product Teams: tackle blockers that cut across domains and reduce team-specific workarounds.
  • Orchestrate Data Transformations: harmonize different countries' data models and consolidate data into unified schemas.
  • Build and Own What You Create: manage end-to-end lifecycle from design to deployment and maintenance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an engineer
  • Experience navigating complex multi-domain systems
  • Experience with diverse architectural patterns and trade-offs
  • Ability to spot and design solutions to cross-team blockers
  • Strong coding and maintenance discipline
  • Mentor/leadership capabilities (potential to lead crews)
  • Fluent in English

Skills

Required:Object Oriented Programming (Python, Java, C#)
Nice to have:Python/JavaScript
