About the role

Full-stack engineer role focused on the Tech Foundations area, enabling product teams with infrastructure, security, developer productivity, and AI-assisted development within Alan’s multi-cloud, privacy‑driven stack.

Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure enablement for product crews (e.g. hosting improvements, CI/CD, scalability, multi-cloud architecture)
  • Security and compliance facilitation (e.g. authentication, encryption, threat protection)
  • Developer productivity enhancements (e.g. local environment setup, monorepo tooling, observability, tech stack evolution, accessibility audits)
  • AI-assisted engineering enablement (e.g. agentic development, code assistants, MCP servers)

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in full-stack software engineering roles
  • Experience building internal tools, frameworks, CLIs, or libraries that improve developer workflows
  • Experience fixing scalability issues and/or bottlenecks in the software development lifecycle, from writing code to deploying to production
