About the role

GTM Engineer role focusing on building and owning revenue operations systems, AI-native workflows, and data hygiene to scale Wayflyer’s sales, CS, and RevOps capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Integrations & Technical Ownership: Build, maintain and improve the systems, internal automations and integrations that make our sales and CS teams faster and more effective, from the ground up.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in RevOps, MarOps, consulting or similar, with AI-native building experience
  • Fluency in Python (or Node) and SQL
  • Hands-on experience configuring HubSpot and its developer suite
  • Comfort with automation platforms like Zapier, Pipedream, n8n or UiPath
  • Experience configuring CPQ, CLM, sales engagement or customer-success platforms
  • Experience driving adoption of built solutions
  • Extra credit: built and deployed AI agents, integrated AI/LLM-based solutions into workflows, or built automated pipelines end to end
