About the role

Software Engineer focused on building enterprise platform capabilities, with emphasis on identity, access management, integrations, and security to support Sierra’s largest customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build Sierra’s enterprise platform capabilities.
  • Design and build foundational systems and capabilities that enable Sierra to serve large enterprises (identity, access management, integration points, and extensibility).
  • Scale platform for enterprise customers across organizations, regions, and use cases while maintaining performance and simplicity.
  • Form the foundation of trust by upholding security, compliance readiness, reliability, and operational excellence across the platform.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years hands-on experience building production products and systems.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
