About the role

A role focused on HR technology, systems management, and stakeholder collaboration within Deel, a global payroll and HR platform.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day system-related projects using Deel’s People platform.
  • Drive internal adoption and enhance functionality of Deel Time-off, Deel Compensation, and Deel HR Engage products.
  • Support organizational restructuring and ensure hierarchy accuracy within systems.
  • Help optimize workflows for document generation, storage, and compliance in the documents product.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Deel People, including HRIS, Engage, and other modules.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and problem-solver for stakeholders.
  • Design, configure, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and automations.
  • Document and deliver training, support, and communication for system enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HRIS experience with a focus on configuration and administration.
  • Broad HR technology knowledge, including integrations, data flows, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with people processes like onboarding, performance, compensation, and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
