About the role

Deel is seeking a strategic Staff Product Manager to lead the development of AI-driven immigration technology for global visa case management, focusing on compliance, speed, user experience, and working directly with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

  • Translate complex legal and immigration frameworks (e.g., H-1B, PERM, L-1, O-1, global transfers) into intuitive, scalable platform experiences.
  • Build and launch AI-powered, automation-first features for document parsing, eligibility checks, predictive timelines, and real-time compliance tracking.
  • Deeply analyze customer needs and business problems to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
  • Rapidly develop impactful and elegant solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences.
  • Strategically think about the product from a high-level perspective, connecting the missing dots and shaping the roadmap for growth.
  • Take full ownership of your work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, and post-release analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Designers, Engineers, and Growth experts to execute your vision and deliver results.
  • Embrace opportunities to redefine global work and contribute to innovation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups.
  • Strong expertise in building products with complex compliance or regulatory considerations including HR tech, fintech, mobility or similar.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.
  • Strong PLG mindset and focus on business metrics.
  • Strong understanding of UX and UI principles.
  • Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization.
  • Prior knowledge of B2B experience, SEO, and conversion funnel optimization.
