About the role

Deel's Staff Product Manager for Integrations owns the strategy and execution of integrations with HR and finance platforms, driving product alignment and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for strategic integrations, balancing customer needs with scalability and technical excellence
  • Partner with leadership across partnerships, sales, customer success, and product teams to identify integration opportunities and align priorities
  • Drive discovery to understand customer problems, evaluate solutions, and prioritize high-impact initiatives
  • Lead complex, cross-team initiatives from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Define and track KPIs tied to OKRs, analyze results, and drive data-informed improvements
  • Build buy-in and influence roadmap priorities across teams and stakeholders
  • Work autonomously to navigate ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and drive outcomes with speed

Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of product management experience in high-growth environments
  • Deep technical expertise in APIs, domain-driven design, integration design patterns, and platform architecture
  • Proven track record of building and scaling complex integrations
  • Strong commercial acumen to prioritize based on business value and market dynamics
  • Experience leading cross-team initiatives and influencing stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to build long-term visions and execute rapidly
  • Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
  • Ability to work in ambiguity, synthesize insights, and drive decisions
  • Strong design sensibility for UX and UI, simplifying complex experiences
  • Independent, autonomous leadership with ownership and accountability
