About the role

Deel is a payroll and HR platform for global teams, supporting workers in 150+ countries. The role involves selling to mid-market customers (200-2000 employees), building pipelines, negotiating complex deals, and promoting Deel IT's solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Navigate complex commercial deals by building strong relationships and negotiating to a close.
  • Effectively articulate and leverage the Deel IT value proposition to win customer trust and close deals.
  • Build out strong sales pipelines and partner with BDRs.
  • Accurately forecast sales results and identify gaps in the pipeline.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement).
  • Proven success in delivering outlier sales results.
  • Strong background in B2B software sales and closing large deals.
  • Ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
