About the role

Deel is a payroll and HR platform for global teams, supporting workers in over 150 countries. The role focuses on selling to medium-sized customers (200-2000 employees) with a SaaS-led product, building relationships and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from start to finish.
  • Navigate complex commercial deals by building strong relationships and negotiating to a close.
  • Effectively articulate and leverage the Deel IT value proposition to win the trust of customers and close deals.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories).
  • Experience in B2B software-led product sales and a proven track record of delivering outlier results.
  • Ability to build pipelines and partner with a BDR.
  • Excellent forecasting, pipeline management, and teamwork skills.
  • Able to thrive in a global remote team environment.
