About the role

Responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with large, strategic enterprise clients, focusing on IT modernization solutions including device lifecycle management, identity and access management, SaaS procurement, and integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Own a targeted account list of enterprise organizations (2,000+ employees) and build detailed account plans to win net-new business.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets for Deel IT products and services on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, collaboration with SDRs, and inbound prospect qualification.
  • Navigate complex enterprise environments: map stakeholders, build executive champions, align cross-functionally, and close deals with CIO, CTO, CISO, and procurement leaders.
  • Understand IT financial and operational structures to identify pain points and customize Deel IT solutions.
  • Partner with Core Deel AEs and CSMs to drive cross-sell opportunities into existing Deel payroll/HR accounts.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce data on customer engagement, pipeline, and forecasts.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of enterprise-level sales experience in hardware.
  • Proven success in building a greenfield territory and closing net-new logos within the Fortune 5000 segment.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior IT and business leaders (CIO, CTO, CISO, Procurement).
  • Strong hunter mentality with the ability to manage multi-threaded deals, long sales cycles, and complex negotiations.
  • Desire to learn and take on increasing responsibility in a fast-paced, global scaling environment.
