About the role

Deel is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead revenue team hiring, optimize interview processes, and foster a strong company culture. The role involves recruiting top talent for a rapidly growing SaaS company with global operations, focusing on revenue hiring in India.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and lead candidate experience for Revenue teams across the region.
  • Recruit exceptional talent to join our rapidly growing team of Deelers, collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders to create and maintain candidate scorecards.
  • Build a deep understanding of the Deel product, and exactly what is required of our new team members.
  • Develop and refine our interview processes to optimize for efficiency and an amazing candidate experience.
  • Work with management and leadership to develop internal and external sourcing strategies.
  • Ensure we maintain an incredible culture throughout Deel, and the team live and breathe our key principles.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a talent acquisition focused role with experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-up or tech company, mainly focusing on Revenue hiring.
  • Experience in an ambitious and scrappy recruitment function, with a track record of hiring top talent quickly.
  • Comfort handling complex candidate questions related to compensation, equity, immigration, and related issues.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage effortlessly when presenting, speaking, and demonstrating.
  • Experience working with data to make processes more efficient.
