About the role

Lead, scale, and evolve Deel’s partner ecosystem to drive growth through technology integrations, channel partners, and strategic alliances, with a focus on building a data-driven revenue engine and managing a global team.

Responsibilities

  • Architect the Global Strategy: Build and execute the multi-year roadmap for Deel’s global partnership ecosystem, including Tech/ISV, Channel/SI, and Strategic Alliances.
  • Scale the 'Machine': Evolve our partnership function into a repeatable, data-driven revenue engine that contributes significantly to Deel’s ARR.
  • Lead a High-Performance Team: Direct a global, distributed team of partnership managers. Responsible for hiring top-tier talent and mentoring them.
  • Drive Executive Alliances: Manage Deel’s most critical, high-impact strategic relationships; represent Deel in high-level negotiations.
  • Operational Excellence: Own the partnerships P&L, define KPIs, oversee tech stack, and ensure cross-functional alignment.
  • Product-Led Growth: Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure platform is built for partners, enabling deeper integrations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ Years of Experience in partnership leadership within high-growth, global SaaS and services environments.
  • Proven experience scaling functions from 10 to 100.
  • Experience managing managers and large, dispersed teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle both strategic and technical deep-dives.
  • Experience managing global mandates across regions (EMEA, AMER, APAC, LATAM).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable with C-level interactions.
