About the role

Responsibilities

  • Run the full sales cycle from inbound/outbound outreach to signature (discovery, tailored demos, negotiation, close).
  • Follow and improve the sales playbook to maximize revenue at higher volumes.
  • Sell to operators (founders, COOs, heads of guest experience, operations leaders) and demonstrate measurable business impact (occupancy, guest satisfaction).
  • Quantify gaps and economic impact with data (faster responses, higher conversions, lower support costs, uplift in revenue per property).
  • Make demos problem-focused and tied to the client’s PMS; avoid generic decks.
  • Build and manage territory by mapping named accounts, prospecting, and generating momentum independently.
  • Represent Conduit at industry events and in operator communities.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years experience closing B2B SaaS deals, hospitality tech strongly preferred.
  • Proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota in multi-stakeholder buys.
  • Fluent in hospitality concepts: property management systems, OTA distribution, reservation flow, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, staffing costs for guest support at scale.
