About the role

Growth-focused GTM role to generate MQLs and pipeline across AEO/GEO, outbound, and paid channels; ownership of the GTM stack and Salesforce integration in a hands-on, AI-native environment.

Responsibilities

  • Generate MQLs and pipeline for the sales team across AEO/GEO, outbound, and paid channels (LinkedIn, Google, Meta).
  • Own the GTM stack and be the growth hacker who understands Salesforce.
  • Work with AI-native tools and build with AI daily.
  • AEO/GEO: position Conduit in AI queries from buyers using ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI.
  • Outbound: map TAM, enrich it, sync to Salesforce, and run outbound campaigns.
  • Paid: run campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta.
  • Manage stack components: Salesforce, Clay, Deepline, data enrichment providers, Amplemarket, and Default.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience
  • Understanding of Salesforce
  • AI-native mindset
  • Familiarity with Clay, Deepline, Amplemarket, Default or ability to learn quickly
  • Ability to own initiatives and take ownership
  • This role is in person in San Francisco, five days a week; authorized to work in the United States.
