About the role

Deel is a payroll and HR platform for global teams, aiming to unlock global opportunity and support diverse and inclusive work environments. The role involves selling to medium-sized customers in the IT SaaS sector, managing the full sales cycle, and driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of the complete sales cycle from start to finish, navigating complex commercial deals.
  • Build strong relationships and negotiate to close deals.
  • Effectively articulate and leverage the Deel IT value proposition to win customer trust.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline in collaboration with BDRs.
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively, demonstrating product knowledge and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales quota carrying experience, ideally in IT SaaS (MDM, IAM, device lifecycle, SaaS procurement, or adjacent categories).
  • Proven success in B2B software-led product sales and achieving outlier results.
  • Experience building and managing sales pipelines.
  • Ability to forecast sales results accurately and identify pipeline gaps.
  • Collaborative experience working across teams in a growing organization.
