About the role

Design and deliver production-grade AI agents and own the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment, partnering with enterprises and startups to advance Sierra’s AI agent platform.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
  • Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
  • Partner with large enterprises and startups to understand business challenges and embed AI agents at scale
  • Build the future of the platform by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools and features across research, product, and platform teams

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling end-to-end production systems
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
  • Builder mindset with high agency and drive to ship
  • Comfort working directly with customers to understand needs and solve real-world problems
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
