About the role

Product Manager role focused on building enterprise-grade AI agents for healthcare, partnering with engineers and customers to deliver HIPAA-compliant agents and shape Sierra's healthcare platform roadmap.

Responsibilities

  • Build enterprise-grade AI agents for healthcare: partner with engineers and customers to ship AI agents handling thousands of conversations daily, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Discover where agents will make an impact: conduct ground-up discovery with providers, payers, RCMs and pharma to identify use cases and opportunities.
  • Engage with customers: discover requirements, present demonstrations, address technical challenges, develop and improve Sierra virtual agents, become trusted advisors and drive strategic technical strategies.
  • Shape the platform and healthcare roadmap: surface unmet needs, prototype tools/features, collaborate with research, product, and platform to guide AI agent development in healthcare.

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years experience in product development of highly technical products
  • Past experience in Product Management or similar senior product role
  • Experience crafting and tailoring messages for potential customers, including executives
  • Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both non-technical and technical audiences, including AI developments
  • Degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient/member experiences
