About the role

Forward Deployed Engineer role at Peakflo focused on bridging core AI technology with real-world financial workflows, including voice AI, agentic architecture, RAG, data analytics, and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

  • Voice AI & Prompt Engineering: Craft voice-optimized prompt flows, continuous refinement with LLM feedback loops, and voice integration with speech recognition, LiveKit, and telephony APIs for low-latency real-time performance.
  • Agentic Architecture, LLMs & RAG: Build hierarchical finance AI agents, optimize model performance across Gemini, GPT, Claude, implement grounding with RAG against enterprise knowledge bases, and integrate LLM systems with third-party tools and interfaces.
  • Data Analytics & Workflow Automation: Analyze processes and data quality, automate workflows and reporting using Python and SQL, build dashboards and monitoring, and document requirements and designs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field.
  • 0.5 – 2 years of industry experience with Machine Learning, NLP, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (backend development).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud).
  • Hands-on experience deploying or working with ML models in production environments.
  • Soft skills: strong communication, passion for AI.
